1. What services does Easy Acpay offer?

We offer a full range of services, including bookkeeping, accounting, payroll processing (including RTI submissions), VAT returns, CIS support for contractors, Self Assessment and Corporation Tax returns, Companies House filings, HMRC liaison, and business advisory services — all tailored for individuals, sole traders, partnerships, and small businesses across the UK.

2. Can you help with bookkeeping, VAT, and tax returns?

Yes. We maintain your records, ensure timely VAT submissions, and prepare and file Self Assessment or Corporation Tax returns — keeping your business compliant and organised.

3. Do you manage payroll and HMRC submissions?

Absolutely. We offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payroll processing, generate payslips, submit RTI reports, and register new employers for PAYE with HMRC.

4. Do you help contractors claim CIS tax refunds?

Yes. If you’re a subcontractor under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), we help you recover overpaid tax and claim eligible expenses.

5. Can you help me set up a new business?

Yes. Whether you're registering as a sole trader, partnership, or limited company, we guide you through the setup process and complete necessary filings with HMRC and Companies House.

6. Do I need to be a registered business to use your services?

No. We also work with freelancers, self-employed individuals, and new starters. Whether you’re registered or not, we’re here to help.

7. Will I have a dedicated contact person?

Yes. Every client works with a dedicated contact who understands your business and provides personalised support.

8. How are your fees structured?

Our fees are fixed or hourly depending on the service. A 50% advance is typically required. All fees are clearly communicated, genuinely reasonable, and offer excellent value for our professional expertise.

9. Can I request a customised service package?

Definitely. We offer tailored packages to meet your business size, industry, and budget. Just ask!

10. Do you liaise with HMRC on my behalf?

Yes. With your authorisation, we can act as your HMRC agent — handling all official correspondence and submissions.

11. Are you insured and compliant with legal requirements?

Yes. We hold professional indemnity insurance and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We fully comply with HMRC, GDPR, and other UK regulations.

12. Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use encrypted systems and follow strict data protection protocols in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Do you only serve clients in Swindon?

No. While we are based in Swindon, SN5, we work remotely and serve clients all over the UK using secure, cloud-based systems and digital communication.

14. How do I cancel services?

Simply give us 30 days’ written notice. Any work completed before cancellation will still be billed.

15. What if I’m not happy with the service?
