Refund & Advance Payment Policy
Effective Date: 25 March 2025
At Easy Acpay Ltd, we are committed to providing professional, timely, and reliable accounting and payroll services. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have outlined our advance payment and refund policy below.
1. Advance Payment Requirement
All new jobs, assignments, or service packages are subject to a minimum 50% advance payment before any work begins. This covers initial consultation, document preparation, system setup, and scheduling of your service.
The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the agreed service or completion milestone (as specified in your service agreement or invoice).
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of accounting, tax, and payroll services — which involve time, expertise, and the handling of sensitive financial data — the following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:
Bookkeeping and data entry tasks
Tax return preparation (Self Assessment, Corporation Tax, VAT, etc.)
Payroll processing and RTI submissions
HMRC and Companies House registrations or filings
Business advisory or consultancy sessions
Any customised or one-off accounting reports
Once time and resources have been committed to a job, we are unable to refund completed or partially completed work.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued only in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate payment (accidental overpayment of an invoice)
Service not initiated: If you cancel a service before any work has begun and within 7 days of payment, a refund (excluding any administrative or card processing fees) may be considered
Incorrect charges: If an error in billing or service scope occurred on our part
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
4. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a service, you must notify us in writing at support@easyacpay.com as soon as possible. If cancellation occurs after work has started, no refund will be provided, and the remaining balance may still be payable depending on the amount of work completed.
5. Dispute Resolution

6. Changes to This Policy
Easy Acpay Ltd reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
